Cancellation Policy
All deposits/online payments are non refundable. They can however be used against a later service if more than 24hrs notice is given to change your appointment. Those cancelling their appointment with less than 24hrs notice or who fail to arrive for their appointment within 15 minutes of their booked appointment time will lose their deposit/online payment.
