Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to TJ Jacks Hair Studio.
Online Bookings General
We will contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment.
Prices are intended as guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.
Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to.
Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with studio time slot. Please ensure that we have your current contact details (preferably a phone number) and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to find the availability that you are looking for, don't worry , just give us a ring and Tara will do her very best to find an appointment to suit your needs!
Colours & Perms
If you are booking for a colour service you will need a skin test 48 hours before you have the full treatment. Tests are available without an appointment and are free. Failure to have a skin test may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment(s).
Colour corrections and transformations – sometimes changing your colour is easy, other times it’s more complicated. We recommend that you contact the salon for advice before making your reservation.
For a quotation for transformations or corrections please visit the salon for a consultation. Alternatively we will happily offer a price range by telephone.
All deposits are non refundable.
Deposits can however be used against a later service if more than 24hrs notice is given to change your appointment.
Those cancelling their appointment with less than 24hrs notice or who fail to arrive for their appointment within 15 minutes of their booked appointment time will lose their deposit.
What information do we collect?
TJ Jacks Hair Studio receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect your booking and payment (paid or unpaid) history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
