Japanese Head Spa is a deeply relaxing, sensory treatment designed to calm the mind while gently restoring balance to the scalp and hair. Rooted in Japanese wellness traditions, the experience goes beyond a standard hair wash, combining therapeutic touch, warm water techniques and soothing rituals to create a moment of complete escape. Calming, mediative effects are achieved using continuous flowing water and specialist massage. N.B Japanese Head Spa is not suitable for everyone please read the Terms & Conditions before purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Japanese Head Spa Terms & Conditions To recieve the Japanese Head Spa Service you must complete the consultation form and return it at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a shortened service time or the service being cancelled at TJ Jack's discretion. If purchased as a gift the recipient must ensure they recieve and return the relevent consultaion form as above. Japanese Head Spa is not suitable for those with the following conditions: Pregnancy Undiagnosed lumps or bumps including but not restricted to raised moles amd skintags Cancer patients Allergies Impetigo Shingles Ringworm Scabies Lice Cold sore Steroid medication users Psoriasis and or eczema Warts Abrasions, insect bites, broken skin, bruises and sunburn Recent piercings or tattoos Recent scar tissue Contact dermatitis Neuropathy Epilepsy Although not a condition JHS is also not suitable for those with excessivly long hair or dread locks. If you have any questions regarding the above list please contact TJ Jack's via the contact form. 2) Hair not to have been coloured in the two weeks leading up to your appointment. 3) Full payment must be made when booking is confirmed 4) At least 48 hours notice must be given for cancellations or amendments. If less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice is given a 50% service charge will be incurred. If less than 24 hours notice is given or if the client fails to arrive a 100% service fee will be incurred. 5) Appointments may be ammended (date/time change) with more than 48 hours notice, once per appointment. Thereafter a 20% service charge will be incurred per ammendment.
